BOWLING

We had a PLAY DAY on Saturday, and BOWLING was one of the things we did!

It was so much fun!

It has been a really long time since Tyler and I bowled together.

We bowled at FatCats in Orem, and the lines on the lanes make it a lot easier to bowl...Ty and I got some of the best scores of our lives (of course, they probably aren't the best...but to us they were pretty darn good!)!

FIRST TOOTH

Yep, you guessed it! Karli's first tooth has broken through!

Small-Big

Just a couple of things Alexa says referring to herself as "SMALL-BIG!"...

"Um, Do you know what size that brush is? It's SMALL-BIG, and only SMALL-BIG girls can brush their hair with it."

"Can you open this, Cuz, SMALL-BIG girls can't open it yet?!"

Our sweet "SMALL-BIG" daughter is so fun! She is full of funny faces, fancy finger tricks, winking, saying the funniest things, ...etc! She loves to show us new things she can do!

Building Castles

Building Castles out of blocks has been a VERY POPULAR activity at our home lately.

It has to be Alexa's FAVORITE thing to do!

It is so cute, and she doesn't get tired of it...EVERY DAY we are building castles for her ponys (and sometimes other toys) in the morning, afternoon, and evening when Daddy comes home!

It is amazing because she usually doesn't stick to one thing so long, but this type of play doesn't see to be going anywhere anytime soon!
Luckily it is a fun thing to do, and it is never exactly the same...we get pretty creative in our building!

One Big Happy Family

With Dallas' family in town over the holidays, we were finally able to get some pictures of the whole family together! It was a good time!

New Year's Interview

I'm starting a new tradition this year! At the beginning of each new year, I am going to interview my cute kids so that I can capture their favorite things, memories, etc! (I got the idea from http://blissfullydomestic.com/blissful-kids/new-years-interview-for-kids/ )

Alexa had a lot of fun doing this, and it was fun to hear what some of her answers were!...and look at her cute drawing of herself!

Best of Friends

Our little girls are already becoming the best of friends. It is so so cute! Alexa is always concerned about Karli, making sure she is coming along with us and has a toy...etc. Karli is always so excited to see or hear Alexa's voice, and gets distracted from eating and sleeping :( Lately, Alexa can get Karli to LAUGH SO HARD at her. They really enjoy each other, and it is so fun for a mother to see!

Dallas.Jamie.Caleb

A sad day, Dallas & Jamie & Caleb went back to San Francisco to finish up Dental School. Dallas will graduate this summer! It was so much fun having them in Utah for 2+ weeks! We were able to get together a lot as a family, and were finally able to take family pictures with everyone home for the holidays.
We will miss you guys. Good luck with everything!
