Getting Chubby!

I just had to share these pictures of our little Karli...she is really filling out! It is so great that she is such a healthy and content baby! What a sweetheart!Oh, by the way, today was her due date!...she is six weeks old (time really does fly these days)!

Pioneer Day

We had a lot of fun celebrating the 24th of July! It is always fun when Tyler gets to take of work! We had a picnic in the park and played there awhile...it was a hot day, but we found some nice shade to hangout under. Karli spent most of the time(well, pretty much the whole time!) taking a nice long nap!

Tyler gave Alexa a chance at "mothering" Karli the other day...it was the cutest thing to watch! She has quite the knack for taking care of a baby. She is so sweet, trying so hard to be soft and nice to her little sister (and her dolls)!

Cabin & Lake fun fun fun!

This weekend we enjoyed some time with Ty's familia up at the cabin and at Deer Creek! We had a really good time. Tyler and Alexa went boating with them on Saturday, Sunday all four of us went up, spent the night, and spent the next day boating & 'beaching' (no pictures from the boat since Karli & I spent our time on the beach this time). We were hoping that maybe Karli would have had her oxygen off by then, but didn't, so we made the most of the weekend anyway! It was SO SO SO nice to get out of the house after this past CrAZy month. It was much needed! Thanks!

The helicopter is a ritual Tyler and Alexa share almost EVERY day when Tyler comes home from work! It is so cute...Alexa continues to say "Again!" "Again!" until Ty is all worn out and dizzy. She could do it all day long.

Look-Alike?

These pictures are kind-of funny, Alexa LOVES LOVES LOVES holding her "baby sister" and also likes it when I take a picture as she is doing it! :) So, here are some pictures of Alexa holding Karli...Karli is finally opening her eyes for a picture!

Does she still look like Alexa?! There is probably a definite family resemblance, but a lot of her features are not Alexa's...but maybe that is only for the Mom to really notice. All I know is that I am having so much fun having two little girls!
