Karli had her four month check-up yesterday (I still can't believe that she is already four months old!). She is doing AWESOME! She is growing, she is healthy, and the doctor was joking around that she is just the "perfect baby!" It is hard to believe, now, that she had such a rough start to her life. We are so happy that she has joined our family. She is such a sweetheart.***
Speaking of "perfect baby," Karli took about a four hour nap today...so, Alexa and I were able to spend some quality time together! We played with play dough, colored, painted pictures with watercolor, painted and colored on pumpkins, and danced to some kid tunes! She is so much fun!
"I'm so glad when Daddy comes home, glad as I can be...!" Karli is finally ready to do "Daddy's special little trick!"...Look at her go!
Popsicles in the cold...I know...not the "normal" thing to do, but Popsicles are so much fun while playing outside in our backyard!

What a great Mom you are. Sounds like a very busy afternoon. Don't you love the "daddy trick!" I think it's something they teach them in the hospital because I swear all Dad's do it! :)
